A+ for Aquinas by Brenna
I honestly feel that this is my most favorite thing I’ve read all semester. First I want to talk about prayer. This dissected version of the Lord’s Prayer helped me more than what I thought. By reading this six-page analysis of the Prayer, it actually simplified it. We are to honor God, imitate his ways through love and mercy, and be obedient to Him, just as the reading says. Most of all we are to be faithful to God, and the best way to remain faithful to him is through prayer.
The second part I want to talk about is the rabbit. Anyone who know me knows how much I love animals and nature. When it stated, “If the simplest creatures could be so endowed with God’s wonder, how much more so we humans,” made me fall more in love with God’s creation. St. Francis was right, by recognizing the loyalty an animal has, especially to his creator, should be an opportunity to praise God’s glory.
I commented on Anna Grace and Zelda’s post.
